Top 5 Things Officially Out of Style in 2025

Let go of…

Narcissism

Grandiose egos, lack of empathy, entitlement and exploitation, ultimately driven by overwhelming insecurity.

Trigger-shaming

Blaming others for your triggers without exploring whether the trigger is a boundary issue or your personal responsibility toward healing and nervous system regulation.

The need to be “right”

“Right” can be subjective, especially when feelings are involved. Listening without the intent to understand or seek peace, (i.e., being justified at all costs) will cost you relationships.

Hyper-independence

Tossing friendships vs. tough conversations, lack of vulnerability and doing everything yourself as a form of self-protection leads to isolation and only continues the cycle of feeling you need to go through life alone.

Trolling

Rude and argumentative comments, especially those that intentionally hijack joyful news is a sign of crippling envy. Rudeness without repercussion is over.

The root? Unhealed wounds and emotional dysregulation.

Time to grow or time to go!
