Example: A straightforward event in Northeast Ohio requiring 4 hours of photography coverage by one photographer would cost $1,720 which includes all of the elements below (scroll down) and is delivered within 7 to 10 business days. We offer a 10% discount for nonprofits and charities.

  • Project Management

    From pre-event logistics to post-production delivery, we handle all the details, meetings, and communications to ensure a smooth, organized experience from start to finish.

  • Photography & Licensing

    Usage for corporate, PR, and owned channels included; extended licensing available for paid advertising

  • Setup and Teardown Time

    In addition to our gear prep, we arrive early to assess lighting and layout, ensuring a seamless start. All setup and teardown time is included in your booking. For more complicated projects, please discuss before booking.

  • File Management, Culling and Basic Editing

    All the things that happen after your event ends. Editing includes color balance, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows and lens corrections. Advanced retouching is quoted at $95/hour.

  • Travel within 20 miles

    Travel within 20 miles of Cleveland, OH is included. Additional travel is billed at standard mileage rates; parking or access fees not included.

  • Private Online Gallery

    Your images are delivered in a private, password-protected gallery — easy to download, share with your team, or forward to your PR and marketing partners. Please ensure your firewalls are cleared in advance.

  • Most corporate clients book 4–8 weeks in advance, though larger conferences and multi-day events often reserve dates months ahead.

    Rush or last-minute bookings are accepted when availability allows.

  • Yes, and quite regularly. My clients appreciate having a consistency with the working experience and with their photographs.

    Events outside the 20-mile radius are billed for mileage, travel time, overnight accommodations, meals, etc. as needed.

  • A brief or run-of-show is always appreciated but not required.

    We’ll review your event goals and priorities during pre-event planning to ensure nothing important is missed and develop a shot list to capture a well-rounded visual story of your event.

    It does help to put us in touch with your A/V company or videographer (if you have one) for planning purposes.

  • Yes. For events with simultaneous sessions, we can bring on additional photographers or coordinate with your team for coverage priorities.

  • Yes, we are familiar with this approach with many of our clients.

    Custom pricing is available for conferences, summits, or clients with recurring events throughout the year.

  • The total number of images varies depending on the length and pace of your event, as well as the number of photographers covering it.

    Additionally, the more interactive activities you offer, the more opportunities for photography coverage.

    On average, clients receive 40–75 edited images per hour of coverage. Some events yield fewer photos if there’s less activity to document (e.g., lengthy panelist discussions), while others—like conferences, galas, or multi-room events—may result in a higher volume.

    Every delivered image is carefully culled and edited to tell the full story of your event and provide as flattering photos of your attendees and presenters as possible.

  • Absolutely. We regularly work in environments requiring respectful interactions, discretion, NDAs, or limited access and follow all security and confidentiality protocols provided.

    In fact, we have many photos of well-known feature speakers or surprise guests that we do not feature on our website out of respect for those NDAs.

  • Both. We balance natural ambient light with professional lighting when appropriate, ensuring the images look polished without disrupting speakers, guests, or the event flow.

    In low lighting with no flash, guest skin tones take on unflattering color tones.

    We respect no-flash policies but do not guarantee the outcome of those results, especially in dark or harshly-lit rooms or spaces.

  • We’re friendly but unobtrusive — present enough to make attendees comfortable but discreet enough to blend into the background when needed.

    We find that some basic connection helps guests feel less averse to us taking their photos.

  • Yes, that is an add-on that we can accommodate. Please indicate that when you connect with us.

  • Following your event, all images are carefully backed up, culled, and color-corrected for exposure, tone, clarity, and consistency. Once editing is complete, you’ll receive a private, password-protected online gallery with full-resolution downloads.

    Turnaround time is typically 7 to 10 business days, with rush delivery options to be confirmed before your event.

    When provided with email addresses, it’s easy for us to share with your internal team, PR contacts, or media partners. Standard usage includes corporate, PR, and owned channels.

    Extended licensing available for paid advertising or national campaigns.

  • Over time, I’ve noticed ways that clients can prepare speakers to position themselves in a way that best flatters them in photos. We’ll provide some handy tips for that.

    Additionally, you’ll receive language to use for crowd release forms, which are required.

    We can also help you with cues and handoffs to best prepare our team for surprises and in-the-moment shots to ensure we’re collaboratively getting the best results for your marketing visuals.
