To prevent confusion and ensure you have access to your images for life, this policy provides a clear understanding of how your images are handled after delivery.

Please review the following policies regarding image storage and archiving:

1. Your Responsibility for PHOTO GALLERY Downloads and Backups

Once your images are delivered, it’s your responsibility to download and back them up within 14 days. We strongly recommend saving your files in multiple secure locations (e.g., external hard drives, online cloud storage, etc.) to prevent loss.

2. Limited Storage Period

We will store your image files for 14 days after delivery. After this period, we reserve the right to remove them from our systems without additional notice.

3.Loss or Damage Disclaimer

While we take great care in delivering your images, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to files caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Extended Archiving Options

If you need us to store your images for longer than 14 days, we offer an extended archiving service for an additional fee of $250. This service must be requested in writing before the 14-day storage period expires. Please note that even with extended archiving, we cannot guarantee against technical failures or unforeseen issues, so maintaining your own backups is essential.

5. Image Retrieval After 14 Days

If you need access to your images after the 14-day period and they are still available in our archives, we may be able to retrieve them for a $125 recovery fee. Retrieval is not guaranteed and is subject to the original terms of your agreement.
