PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your photography session to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward the total project fee. The remaining balance (or the full amount if a smaller balance is due) must be paid upon delivery of the final images.
Any fees incurred beyond the scope of work will be assessed, communicated, and charged according to the terms of your contract.
For projects requiring a fast booking and turnaround time, the total minimum amount estimated should be paid upfront, in full.
If you work for a company that requires a purchase order (PO #) the purchase order must be opened within 14 days of the project start date.

The license to use the photos or any deliverables will remain with the Photographer until the total project fee is paid in full.
Using the images without full payment violates U.S. copyright laws.

Work on your session, including scheduling and project management, will only begin after the deposit is paid.
If the deposit isn’t paid within 7 business days of the session, your time slot may be given to another client.

Payments to outside vendors, like hair or makeup artists, must follow their payment terms. If these terms aren’t met, the vendor may pursue legal action.

Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a 5% late fee on the outstanding balance.
An additional 5% fee will apply to the newly assessed invoice balance for each subsequent 30-day period the balance remains unpaid.

If the balance isn’t paid within 90 days of the invoice date, the Photographer may pursue legal or collection actions. Any associated costs (e.g., legal or collection fees) will be the Client’s responsibility.
The Photographer may also require the return or deletion of any deliverables already provided.

The deposit is non-refundable, except if the Photographer cancels the session due to illness, acts of God or extenuating circumstances.
In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded, including any credit card transaction fees.
